Key details include:

  • This form is for a booking request and does not mean your booking is confirmed – a member of our team will be in touch shortly after a request is sent
  • Events must be between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Each room is equipped with audio visual equipment. Please ask for specific details when booking your event as you must inform us in advance if equipment is to be used.
  • We do not generally accept block bookings e.g. weekly repeat appointments. This is because we want our facilities to be available to as many organisations as possible.
  • Conference bookings at The Barracks - as distinct from booking other meeting space - are currently limited to two per week, with a clear day inbetween
